The first song I checked out by them was "Creep" I quickly lost interest that song was the wrong place to start. :/ After a while my father brought up Radiohead because at that time I was listening mostly to The Smiths/The Cure/Pink Floyd & he said if I like those groups then I'd probably be into Radiohead as well. So I checked out their first album (well skimmed is a better word for it) and liked a few songs but it wasn't great enough to get me into the group..
Then one day i seen the album art for "The Bends" (I'm not sure where exactly) but it made me want to check out that album and i became a fan of their sound and dug into all their albums...My favorite has to be "Kid A" every song I hear on that album is like a different world that i enter whenever I hear each song..
It feels so magical sometimes like if i have a bad day i can just listen to the music close my eyes & escape from it all....Anyways I always hear good things about everything they released but I feel that "Hail to the Thief" is a very slept on album I don't ever really hear much about it or major critical praise. It's an exceptional album front to back :D..What would you consider an underrated album from this almost perfect group?

Brian on why he loves God Only Knows: "Because Paul McCartney said it was his favourite song"

Radiohead has an underrated album?   LOL  just kidding

Anyway, In Rainbows is a pop masterpiece, but I think it's really only considered a "good album". If you watch the "In Rainbows: Live From the Basement" DVD it makes it even better. Brings extra life to it.

in rainbows is praised by critics and is rated high by man radiohead fanatics so it isn't underrated at all.
it's actually a bit overrated -____- it's the most accessible album by them.

That means it's not good? Have you checked out some of the arrangements in it? Some other Radiohead albums are annoying to listen to after awhile (OK Computer, Kid A), but i've not yet gotten tired of In Rainbows. It is rated high, but is overshadowed by some of their other (nausea inducing) albums. I think it's probably their second best behind The Bends. (of course my view on this changes all the time, just as with anything else involving music).

it just means people who arent fans of radiohead could appreciate it more cuz they are familiar with their super experimental work Razz lol..ok let's put it like this ..it's more of a simple album than kid a and ok computer that's why when it came out it was so praised because you wouldnt expect that from radiohead Smiley
