I have noticed the band Chilliwack  shared  some bills with the Beach Boys back in the day and I notice a strong Carl Wilson influence in the voice of lead singer Bill Henderson...really good.....

Ah, Chilliwack! From my home province, and my dad actually played rhythm guitar in one of Bill Henderson's early folk bands in Vancouver. Absolutely love this band! Great hits also include My Girl (Gone Gone Gone) and Whatcha Gonna Do. Factoid - it's named after a charming (well, it was until the strip malls arrived - I suppose it still is) small-town-turned-suburb just outside of Vancouver.

Bill Henderson previously - and may still - serve as the head of SOCAN, the Canuck music writers' society, but I'm sure he'd be ready to go if the call was put out.  It'd be great if that happened.
