I love SMiLE.

I have loved it for 23 years.

It is perfection.

It is everything.

It is nothing.

It does not exist in the real world, and never will.

It exists solely in our heads, and no release will ever take the place of my SMiLE.

As I have stated before. There is no better inspiration than something you can only imagine. Perfection is of course impossible, but I feel it, and strive towards it as every artist should. And SMiLE is my starting point.

I think people are getting angry and defensive over this release already, as they did over BWPS, and I understand this. SMiLE is personal. But you can keep that. Enjoy the release, ignore its shortcomings. It can never be as perfect as the promise of SMiLE.

Nothing invalidates that promise. Keep it,

Use it.

"Surf's Up" never being legit completed in '67 was absolutely criminal. Otherwise, yeah, I agree.

Actually, I think we're getting a some-what complete 67' version on the box, according to Dom!
