Help me guys. After nearly 4 years of owning 15BO's I still can't decide if I like this track or despise it. If I remove it from my mp3 copy I miss it, yet when I add it back on I feel like I'm going to vomit after about a minute of listening. I'v never been so conflicted over a song! Thoughts? Also how the Hell did Mike manage to blag a solo writing credit for it?

It's his voice. Nasality overruled all positive characteristics then. The recorder flute doesn't do anything good either. The lyrics are shite. I bet, had Dennis sung it, it had sounded way better.

When I hear it I have visions of what a music video for it would have been like if it'd been released as a single. I picture Mike and the Maharishi in some rustic log cabin up in the woods sitting by a roaring open fire as Mike gently strums a guitar whist singing it to him. Then towards the end they get up and start walking towards the bedroom. It's disturbing...........................................................................

Right up there in the top 10 or so worst BeachBoys songs. One you keep for the archives but never add to an mp3 playlist.

Funny you should say that phirnis! Oddly enough I replaced it on 15 BO's running order with Sea Cruise. Now I've put the song back on my mp3 the album is now technically 16 BO's!
