thought some of you might find this interesting. I was watching an episode of Columbo recently (By the Dawn's Early Light, season 4) and saw a girl that looked familiar in a couple of scenes. looked at the credits and sure enough it was Karen Lamm. she looked a lot younger thank I expected

Em, sir, a most interesting question.

There's one thing that bothers me, though. Was there a guy behind the set, with long hair and a romanesque chin? Jealously guarding that woman from other suitors? He may have been humming the odd pop tune.

Probably not...it first aired October 27th, 1974...a mere 22 days after Dennis & Karen's first meeting, and a mere 4 days after their first date (according to the Gaines book).  GREAT episode, BTW!!

She also pops up on a motorbike briefly in "Thunderbolt and Lightfoot".

I'd rather be forced to sleep with Caitlyn Jenner then ever have to listen to NPP again.
