I seem to find an endless amount of cheesy Beach Boys compilations of their surfin' and car hits at the music stores, and I never indulge in buying them. However, it occured to me that maybe a lot of these comps have the songs in the original mono mixes and not the Chuck Britz stereo mixes. Can anyone tell me if this is usually the case because those original mono mixes are truly ace. There is not always an indicator on the case.
