Spotify probably is playing files on your device that matches what they think is the right song. I've had this happen. I was trying to listen to Keepin' the Summer Alive and it played the bootleg instrumental version of Goin' On and I thought what the fu%k? Turns out they just sync up the songs you already have to what they have on there. and they make mistakes sometimes.
