As AGD said, UK mono budget release.  There was a few came out in this series and they are well regarded. Similar to the Capitol green labels.

My original Pet Sounds is T2458 and at the bottom it says, "This monophonic microgroove recording is playable on monophonic and stereo phonographs. It cannot become obsolete.  It will continue to be a source of outstanding sound reproduction, providing the finest monophonic performance from any phonograph."
