Cool photos with Glen Campbell!!! The concert was actually not on Dec 28 as they say, but actually on December 30 1964-as ads prove.  Still other than that little error-very cool stuff

Love that first picture of Mike Love snarling like Johnny Rotten.

If I didn't know the date, I'd say Mike was doing "Monster Mash".

PRO SHOT BEACH BOYS CONCERTS - LIST

To sum it up, they blew it, they blew it consistently, they continue to blow it, it is tragic and this pathological problem caused The Beach Boys' greatest music to be so underrated by the general public.

Al was playing bass when Glen was playing guitar, and vice versa.

I remember Campbell had a story about that photo with Mike and the vending machine - he was frustrated because their pants were too tight to carry change around in them (or something to that effect).

And, I would agree!  It surely looks like Monster Mash growling grimace!

Mike's not a Hawthorne boy. The Hawthorne guys stuck together. The Wilsons and I always had a special bond. We felt like we were a team.

I wish they had kept using Fender XII's.  Dennis looks strangely old in that photo, its looks like the same Dennis from the lost photos that were posted here a couple months back.
