Can someone help point me in the direction of how to contact Beach Boys management.  Not the group, just management.

I recently bought a shirt from the official store that started getting holes in it after wearing it two times.  Loved the shirt (Indian Sunset), but a tee shirt should last longer than two wears and two delicate wash, hang dry uses.

Customer service for the official store refuses to help me since I wore the shirt.

I'd just like to lodge a complaint concerning the quality of product and lack of customer service at the official site.

Thanks

(Not a bashing thread.  Love the band)

Being the sh!t stirrer I am, I think your letter here, plus to Brians site and maybe the Brit site is the best course of action. Just advising others of your experience and warning potential buyers is better than a complaint to a company. They had  their chance!

edit.

I'm guessing its the MerchDirect company the issue is with. I see they have a facebook page so what about some comments there as well.

Hey Little Tomboy is creepy. Banging women by the pool is fun and conjures up warm summer thoughts a Beach Boys song should.

I know, what was I thinking?

The sad thing is, I wore it for a total of 8 hours, and had at least a dozen people comment about how much they liked it or how much they loved the Beach Boys.  I have a lot of rock & roll shirts, and I've never had that kind of response.

I got mine at the C 50 show (a Polo that's also offered by Merchant Direct) and I've worn it many times. I never throw it in the wash - only dry clean. Cost me 45 bucks. It's still going strong. Got a cheaper one too like yours ($30) that I wear sometimes and never wash - only dry clean. It's fine. Have one unworn that I leave on the hanger. Got another one with the Indian on a horse Brother logo on the front and "Endless Summer" on the back that is of much, much better quality from another source (not Merchant).

You pay for what you get.

I, I love the colorful clothes she wears, and she's already working on my brain. I only looked in her eyes, but I picked up something I just can't explain. I, I bet I know what she’s like, and I can feel how right she’d be for me. It’s weird how she comes in so strong, and I wonder what she’s picking up from me. I hope it’s good, good, good, good vibrations, yeah!!

Some of the C50 Merch was cheaply made and too expensive.   The mug looked like a gas station giveaway and can't be washed in a dishwasher.   Some merch I've purchased on BW tours has been good quality.

I bought several tour shirts, especially in the early 80's and beyond that I have to this day.

Maybe the overpriced  cheap C50 merch helped make the tour possible.

Problem is, I didn't get what I paid for.  Shouldn't have to dry clean a tee shirt to keep it in one piece and it wasn't like I was beating it on rocks down at the creek.

Ordered a tee shirt from the RUSH website last year, same price.  Shirt was made of heavy material that has survived dozens of wearings.

I have bought several C50 t-shirts and pools and they have fortunately all been good quality.  They have been worn and washed several times.  I particularly like the blue and red Brother logo t-shirts.  I got them from Merchant Direct and Bravadousa.  The prices were also very reasonable. Sorry to hear about you're bad experience.
