I just finished listening to KTSA with headphones while working on other things. I'm surprised at how much I like it now. Even the songs I thought I didn't like seem ok to me now. It's really not that bad of an album but it is a departure from the days of Holland or Love You. "Goin' On" still blows me away! To each their own...and damnit, I still love "When Girls Get Together" and even find it vaguely psychedelic.

MIU

This is the worst trip I've ever been on.

Is that a Dr. Dog reference?
Have you never heard Sloop John B?HuhHuhHuh!!!!!!!!!!!! Shocked Shocked Shocked Shocked Shocked Shocked Shocked Shocked Shocked Shocked Shocked Shocked Shocked Shocked

Haha WOW. For once I actually missed the obvious BB reference, after a full day of laying my nerdiness on the line. It wasn't even the right Dr. Dog lyric, anyway. Clearly Sloop John B. Cocaine is a hell of a drug...

Listening to Summer Of Love on meth makes me want to cut pieces of flesh off my face with a jagged piece of glass and feed them to my cat.

Are you sure that's not JUST the meth?

That's actually a reference to a real story. The pictures circulate on the internet. Some dude got so screwed up on meth that he actually cut off pieces of his skin and fed them to his dog.
Yikes, meth is the worst. Shocked

And production aside, I’d so much rather hear a 14 year old David Marks shred some guitar on Chug-a-lug than hear a 51 year old Mike Love sing about bangin some chick in a swimming pool.-rab2591

You're a brave man.  Grin I love Goin' On though. I wish it hadn't faded out so quickly.

This is a prime and cautionary example of the evil effect drugs can have on the precious minds of our young  Cry
