I just bought the Ronettes album on vinyl and i am amazed at the quality of the album compared to the CD versions of those songs. I wonder if anybody could buy Phil's catalog and remaster these songs properly because now I realise Brian Wilson wasn't crazy praising Phil Spector like he does.

And production aside, I’d so much rather hear a 14 year old David Marks shred some guitar on Chug-a-lug than hear a 51 year old Mike Love sing about bangin some chick in a swimming pool.-rab2591

I got the mid 1970s reissue of the album from a vinyl store that didn't know the real value because i got it for 20 dollars compared to the 100 dollars it was going for on ebay. Be my Baby was AMAZING the first time i heard it on vinyl.

Is that the Phil Spector Int'l label? A subsidiary of Polydor?

I have that. And the Xmas album in true stereo. And the two unmissable Rare Masters Albums. And the Crystals. Lucky me... Cool Guy

I got the one from Phil Spector Int'l label and it sounds great when i listen to it. I found it funny on the notes on the cardboard sleeve of the album talking of Brian Wilson liking be my baby a whole lot.  Cheesy
