Mostly downloaded music from iTunes, women's Pet Sound t-shirt, The Beach Boys America's Band coffee table book, Heroes and Villains book, Catch a Wave book and that's it for now. I ordered a Beach Boys women's t-shirt with the cartoon of Brian, Dennis, Al, Carl and Mike from their earlier period a la 1964 with the stripe shirts and carrying a surf board. I should receive it my next week.

I met Mike Love after the Beach Boys concert in Brooklyn last month. I never thought in my wildest dream that I would be face to face with him and talking to him. I was glad I waited on a cold night considering I had to travel back to the Bronx and go to work the next day. It was the moment I will treasure.
It's refreshing to hear a positive story about Mike Love. Mike seemed like a cool guy when I met him. At almost 75, he seemed very spunky. And he wore lots of rings on his fingers like Sammy Davis, Jr. |
