I bought this from Perry Cox several years ago when he sold 9 of them on e-bay. I also have Sweet Insanity promo casette sold by Rockaway records several years ago  which came from Dr landy's son. I want to offer them to a collector here instead of putting on ebay. I will sell at my cost $50.00 for christas album and 30 for Sweet insanity.
