The bedroom tapes would be pretty amazing. I just really want to hear Brian's piano demo of 'Til I Die'. To me, that's the holy grail of the unheard stuff. And though I would love everything mentioned already here, the one realistic possibility of a box set I'd love is one of just demos, all the existing demos. There's a kind of thrill in the demo version of 'I'll Bet He's Nice' that isn't in the album version. If all those bare demos were unearthed I'd pay good money for that box set. And interesting things like the Dennis vocal version of 'A Day in the Life of a Tree'.
Though more than a box set, I'd like a great documentary about the Beach Boys. A really in depth one. One that covers all the bases thoroughly. Endless Harmony was great, but the Smile section wasn't exactly thorough. Beautiful Dreamer is great, but it's also a lot about Brian's resurrection of it, and there aren't any interviews with the other guys from the Beach Boys. I'd like the documentary to have, as I've said, thorough sections on every base, with interviews with all the guys (including as much footage from Dennis and Carl as can be found). How I imagine it in my head is amazing, and if I had the money and resources I would. Their music and story is so rich that it wouldn't be anything less than unbelievable.
Anyways, yeah, the bedroom tapes would be pretty amazing.

Well first I'd check if I was alive, to make sure I wasn't in a Twilight Zone situation. Then I'd ask Dennis when the last time he saw Brian was, and depending on his answer get them in contact. It always makes me sad that Brian is the last one around.

'Caroline, No' is one of the greatest songs ever written, and the greatest lost love song of all time. It's my favorite on Pet Sounds. When I first heard it, I cried, and then listened to it 400 more times. 'Anna Lee, the Healer' is underrated, one of my favorites off of Friends. 'Deirdre' is also underrated. The bit "Good things turn bad but it's over now/so don't feel sad cause you're older now" always gets me, and Brian's high voice in it. 'Mona' is so sad yet warm, kind of like all of Love You. The lyric about Phil Spector is great. There's an instrumental version of 'Sherry She Needs Me' on youtube that I only heard recently for the first time, and it's slower than the version on Made in California, and Brian's on Imagination. I think it would've been a real classic if they'd finished it back in the day. Brian's vocal at the end of it ("Said goodbyeee") is beautiful. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aR-1-jUAkm0'Wendy' is also a good one. I don't know how I feel about it though. Sometimes I feel it's amazing, and other times I listen to it and it's not that great. Brian's 'Stevie' is also a great song.

Hey I'm new here, and I don't wanna butt in immediately with a complaint, but its sad that Let's Put Our Hearts Together has already been voted off. It's one of my favorites off Love You.
That outta the way, I think Roller Skating Childs probably the better song, but I do really love Ding Dang.
I vote Roller Skating Child.
