Here's my unpopular BB opinions: (Please note, these are personal opinions) 

1.  I don't care what anybody says, I think Kokomo is a good song. 

2.  Student Demonstration Time is not nearly as bad as everyone says.  It's well played.  If not for the siren noise, I'd like it a lot. 

3.  Mike Love likes to shoot himself in the foot on seemingly every chance he gets, but he does not deserve the intense level of hate that he gets. 

4.  Brian's Back is a better song than most of the original songs on 15BO / Love You. 

5.  American Family is not that bad of a movie for a made for TV mini series.  In fact, the first half is quite good before they made a buffoon out of Brian. 

6.  Vegatables is a lousy song.

I dont see how or why anyone would think theres anything good about the light album or ktsa...think about it : the beach boys were a rockin band , the light album other than shortenin bread is essentially muzak

Aside from the worst track on the record (Shortenin' Bread), LA fit perfectly with the "yacht rock" of the time...right at home along side Ambrosia, Chris Cross, Atlanta Rhythm Section, Michael McDonald-era Doobies.  All immensely popular at the time.  It's a VERY good and VERY underrated album.

I'm like Jesus...I love them all.

I dig it all man.  And I don't give two shits what anyone else thinks about the band, their music, or my liking any of it.  So I really haven't found it challenging.

Now the solo stuff...different story.  It has been challenging waiting for a great BW album.  With NPP he finally did it tho...best BB album since the BB.

Woah, just found a lime green 1992 Summer in Paradise cap for £25, it's cheaper than the CD, but I think I'll pass...

Okay, it's pretty well known that Still Crusin' and SIP are pretty weak albums. Well, weak is an understatement, they're awful.

They are NOT awful...

I have them both in digital format...in fact I have both the US & UK versions of SIP in digital format.

It was the first BB record I ever listened to and I have loved it ever since.  I even love the instrumentals.  It is one of maybe 8 BB records that I never skip a track on:

Thundarr The Barbarian with a haircut and some new clothes.

71-74 with Blondie & Ricky.  Some of the best live stuff ever from anyone...but completely overlooked.

My favourite moment was when the album began...and it just kept delivering until the last note of the bonus version of Love and Mercy had faded.  [And believe me...I was straining, on purpose, to hear every LAST 'ring off' of it.]  My favourite moment was to drive from point of purchase to my driveway uninterupted and to listen to the entire album in the privacy of my own sole company.  And I played it good and blinkin' LOUD.  It was just me and the album...and...the magic.

I will NEVER forget it.

Can't you Cancel the payment and then reorder close to the dates?

Of course I have, and I am sure that many others have too.  Unfortunately, I'm also sure that this is the real reason why the release dates are getting pushed out.  I think there is a distinct possibility these releases may never happen because AP cannot collect enough guaranteed revenue to make it worthwhile.

I've said it before and I'll say it again:  Mikie is the man.  Period.
