Station To Station is also one of my favorites, bought the super deluxe boxset a couple of years ago. Well worth the money. Besides that I love the Heathen - Reality - Next Day material, as well as Hunky/Ziggy and Low/Heroes-albums. Don't really care for the 80's output except for SMSC.
I enjoyed all the albums you just listed except for Reality. You actually enjoy that album or were you just kidding? If so, why? lol

Radiohead's Kid A wasn't universally panned, but it was certainly given a more mixed reception at the time than one might guess considering its status now. Nick Hornby had a famously cool (meaning less than positive, not meaning, you know, cool review in The New Yorker. I recall other similar sentiments as well, that they were just being pretentious, just fucking with people, wasting our time, blah blah rawk dood.
And hasn't every album since then been basically panned for either of the following reasons: 1. Failure to get back to being a "real band" ..... or ....... 2. Kid A Part 2, nothing new? I think that's the case with most every band, ever. It's a pretty familiar narrative by this point: getting away from what made them great, or playing it too safe/repeating themselves. You can't win... and thank God Radiohead couldn't seem to care less With every David Bowie album that's decent the critics always seem to say "This is the best album he's done since Scary Monsters." They said that with Black Tie White Noise,Heathen and The Next Day.

The Byrds: "Mae Jean Goes To Hollywood" and "Lover of The Bayou." "Mae Jean" is such a fun song and McGuinn's vocal sounds great. I'd rather have it on "Ballad of Easy Rider" than "There Must Be Someone (I Can Turn To)." As for "Lover of The Bayou," I really think they should have put the studio version on "Untitled" and replaced the live version with something else. The studio version blows me away every time I hear it.
The Beatles: "That Means A Lot" and "Not Guilty." Both of these songs would've made good B-Sides, better album tracks though. I can see why "That Means A Lot" wasn't released, but it just needed a little more work. Could have replaced "Tell Me What You See" on "Help." "Not Guilty' wasn't on The White Album because that would've given George too many songs, but hey, it's better than "Wild Honey Pie."
What about She Has A Way by The Byrds? I honestly believe that would've been the standout song of Mr. Tambourine Man. (Aside from the single of course) I also wish The Beatles released Bad To Me instead of Billy J. Kramer and The Dakotas. It would've fit in perfectly with the rest of With The Beatles.
