Yeah, nice song but nothing out of the way. My personal favorite on Decca tapes would be Memphis Tennessee, maybe the strongest of all the 15 tracks.

One question, who is Terry Sachen? Was he close friends with Brian or any BB member? Or did he come across The BBs area by chance? Will be glad to know a little about him, IKTAA has probably the hippest words & phrases above the rest of PS!

By now the synths on Palisades Park, Brian and Carl's duet on Just Once In My Life AND the In The Still of the Night harmonies. They're friggin' ear-catching!

I'm no critic to other tastes they're ok with me. For instance, my current boyfriend likes modern metal bands and yet buys me BBs-related things tho he himself don't give a single care for them. And I told nothing bad to him. We're all different so why to force someone to listen to music that he/she doesn't like? I've never understand it.   

The only time sans headphones is when I throw bashes. The wall speakers are hung around my house, music coming out loud thru them and... all of us in danger of complete deafening. O.K., half.

I must admit ASL is my least favorite BBs pre-PS album. Gosh, even Surfin' Safari and Party get my vote!!! Except IGA, the t/t and GOTB, there's nothing special on All Summer Long in my book.   

That's weird news, considering the band is famous all over the world.

Answering the question, no way it's among their best of the best. Except for Spring Vacation, Isn't It Time, TWGMTR and Summer's Gone, nothing stood out to me.
