I'm guessing they're just touching up vocals for a live album or video from the tour...

You know, it's funny. I first saw the clip at least five years ago, and it was my first exposure to "70s Brian". Over the years, every time I would see that clip on the "related videos" sidebar, I would avoid it, because in my memory it was a horrible performance.

But over the years I got used to Brian's voice. and a good percentage of Brian's vocal recorded output is post-74/75, which I've been listening to a lot of these past five years.

I think if it didn't happen this past spring, it's not happening this time around...but if they put out another new release that's a success, it might happen then.

Why do they keep showing the keys "Surfin USA" and "Fun, Fun, Fun" are in on these setlists?

They are still swapping songs almost every night. Al sang both Cottonfields and Come Go With Me in Milwaukee July 1st. Even though some of us miss some tunes we might like over others, this set list is like none other by any band ever. By the time the tour is really through, how many DIFFERENT songs will they have played live? I don't think anyone has ever done this during a tour spanning only a few months.

That's putting it nicely, they literally skip everything between "Good Vibrations" and the new album....I don't even think "Smile" was mentioned.

mmm...doesn't look like "Our Prayer" is going to return, glad I was one of the few lucky enough to see it.

Am I misunderstanding this? Is he saying that they've gone back and touched up the recording? I know they've made the change in concert but it sounds like Mike is saying they will release an alternate version as the single...

I don't get why people are so psyched they are performing it this tour when neither Mike or Brian are doing their original parts...which was the appeal of the recording.

If you can film a nice closeup version of "Our Prayer"..that'd be swell!

Re setlist: sorry I didn't keep track...I'm pretty sure the only changes to the second set (from the night before) were the addition of Our Prayer and the dropping of All Summer Long...

This tour is bringing a whole new meaning to "Brian's Back"..

First set done....great show so far. Stamos introduces band and plays some drums. Marcella back...nice responses for Please Let Me Wonder, Disney Girls, Isn't it Time and Getcha Back...Big crowd gets into it later in the set. Brian singing well, but I'm too far away to see how engaged he is.
