Yes. That picture is of Brian and the Boys rehearsing 'Good Vibrations' before that famous show in Ann Arbor on Oct. 22, 1966. 

I wasn't aware of this!

Is that Harry Nilsson?

Yeah, that's Harry Nilsson. I also noticed Van Dyke Parks is in that picture (far left).

I was guessing late 1973- mid 1974, as his hair looked 'stringy' later on. Plus, his face looked smoother than it did in the 15 BO time period, so good to know I was right.
