Decided to put this on; maybe it's just my copy, but this has to be the worst sounding vinyl I own - the instrumentals are really muddy, and sometimes a bit off pitch. Other than that, great compilation.

Yeah, Mine's similar, pretty darn muddy - but hey, 20 Golden Great is essentially 90% duophonic, with a track or two duophonic fold-downs made duophonic....

I did that once too. I can recommend it.

I do it almost weekly, but I do try and mix up the album selection a bit.

It will be interesting to see if "Big Beat 1963" stays up, as apparently the Beatles thing was indeed already taken down in the territories it was made available in, and apparently may not even ever be made available in the UK or US (too early to say for sure, but it's not looking good at the moment).

I don't know if I posted this before but I think "Stevie" is a monstrous song. Those drums (and horns?) are huge! I wish it had been officially released, then or now.

Agreed. It's definitely my favourite of the still unreleased catalogue!
