God Only Knows,Let the Wind Blow[In concert],Forever,California Saga[just did the PCH for a couple of weeks],and Spring vacation...

I remember a "Capitol Fourth" in 1980.I happened to be stationed in Japan at the time.HBO put out an hour film on it and I think it was simulcast on some radio stations' I have heard that somewhere the whole concert is[was] available.It would be interesting to see-hear ,the difference between the two. The crowd was LARGE in '80...any body know of or have the 1980 show? If so,What do you think of it?I remember the HBO show and a friend taped some of it off WNEW New York FM.It seemed like a good time!!!

That is a great question! I really can't think of a better"one"..although there are several great compilations out there..

I love this album.It seems to flow nicely.I just have a problem with Funky Pretty.just don't like it.not sure why... would rather we got love..I Love Steamboat.. On the whole Holland captures a nice groove..

Listening to it right now..This is close to being the GREATEST  Best OF album of all time!!!

This album solidified my love for The Beach Boys.I had heard these songs before not knowing it was them..I was just a young lad at the time this came out.God Only Knows just floored me,,Still does!

I am listening to this album{vinyl} that I bought in the early/mid 70's.I like it a whole lot more now ,some 40 some years later.It is SO different from the previous BB albums.Cuddle Up is a symphonic masterpiece.All This Is That is incredible.The album came with Pet Sounds...That is a nice Bonus.

someone mentioned to me Dennis singing a song, live, called "The Moon is a Cruel Mistress"I have never heard of or heard this song. Do I have it named properly,and what is the time frame of this song and is it available? Thanks for all of the info!!
 

Are there any versions of Dennis singing this great song.Live or studio.It is a perfect song for him to sing.He was a  such GREAT writer!Thanks for any and all responses.If anyone knows ,I bet they are lurking on this site!!!! Thanks!!
