I feel stupid for not realizing Brian was performing in Oregon. What's wrong with me? If I didn't have to work (and I can't take the night off) I would go. It bums me out.

My daughter's dog peed on my blue ray.    It smokes when I try to use it.    Should I just get the plain old DVD instead and save the money on both disc and a new blue ray?    I don't have many blue ray discs.     and with a non blue ray disc I can watch the DVD on all of my other crappy DVD players.    what to do, what to do...........

When I was lucky enough to meet Brian face to face and thank him for all of his music, he shook my hand and thanked me. I felt the same way Whoopi did during this interview. It's not just music, it's a connection and to be able to thank its creator was one of my favorite moments ever.

As for Melinda, I got to meet her after a show in Portland OR back in 2004 ( the SMiLE tour.) I was waiting near the buses, hoping to see Brian and introduce him to my son. Not surprisingly he never appeared but I did hang out with the rest of the band and towards the end Melinda showed up and actually took the time to talk to me and my son. She couldn't have been nicer to us, listening to my praise and glowing over our concert experience. She handled our interaction with flying colors, even though she didn't have to. Leave her alone, she's good people.

Hey everyone
I enjoyed Rocker's thread of pro shot BB concerts. Really educational for us who are collectors. I saw a thread from several years back of a person's list of audio concerts that are out there. It ended right before the 2012 tour. I was wondering if anyone has a list of what 2012 shows are out there on audio. That was a really fantastic tour that I wish I could have seen. I hope they will release a complete show from the tour on video. The hour long dvd they put out just dont cut the mustard. Keep rocking guys.

California Girls was the previous song and the crowd was pretty jazzed by the end. When Wild Honey kicks in their enthusiasm seems to evaporate.  I wasn't there, so it's an uneducated guess. 

Something tells me the crowd wasn't digging this 'new' song as much as we do now...

Would any good Samaritan out there be willing to re-up seltaeb's stereo remix? I've been searching far and wide for a go-to version of the song, and it sounds like seltaeb's got everyone's stamp of approval.
