The Beach Boys company officialy from 1961/1962 were the Wilsons, David Marks and Mike Love. Al Jardine added his signature in 1973 or 72.
David Marks signed a waver (?) in the seventies in which he agrees to leave behind his rights as a voting member. The estate of Dennis gave / sold back his rights.
As of 2012 BRIs corporative members are Brian Wilson, Mike Love, Alan Jardine and the estate of Carl Wilson.
English isny my first languge, nor am I well versed in legal matters, apologies if I am not accurate. Jon Stebbins book aboit David Marks is a perfect reference for some of these matters.

(hi Bill / Jop!)
I thought it was a fantastic show. I knew beforehand this would be an ultra short show. Also, this was my second ( and last ) show of the show. In Barcelona I probably was hoping too much for the concert being the best ever, so ended up being slightly disappointed because of that. This time, also closer to home, it was natural to be relaxed and enjoy the show and take it all in. Only 1 hr 40 min, but what a great show. I respectfully disagree with shelter about Brian looking tired. He did look pale and was kinda inactive during the encore, but he was singing good, playing piano everywhere and making gestures (especially when a camera was around). Lots of Brian lead vocals after the car songs.

I believe two most recent shows (after Barcelona) had usual lengths / number of songs (45+). However there has been a slight change in the European setlists when songs that Mike d'Amico usually plays drums on and due to an absent videoscreen Forever have been dropped.
This whole world and California have returned since Barcelona. Marcella, Pet Sounds, I just wasn't made for these times, Add some music, Forever, Isn't it time and Kiss me baby have been AWOL for some shows in favour of California dreamin', Dance, dance, dance and All summer long.

@ Scott T and Cowsii No critism intended mr. Totten. It was a funny moment, I believe it was right before Getcha back; John started playing the intro beat and (was) stopped twice. He then laughed out loud, put his sticks in the air and yelled out What? off-mic which I could hear in the audience. Thank you both for putting in these excellent performances. Other great moments: - seeing the guitar tech off stage playing air drums and singing along during the spare moments he wasnt tuning. - The crowd singing Ole Ole at the end which made Mike, Dave and Al wait and take it in before leaving the stage. - Highlights: Wouldnt it be nice (greatest song in the world IMO), Come go with me (excellent singing from the crowd), Why do fools (that acapella ending! ), Darlin (overall performance and Mike s mention of Carl), and the best performances of Heroes and villains and Good vibrations I have ever heard by any band configuration. - Nelson s featured solo spot on cowbell! Hopes for my next and final concert (Lokeren): - Everyone stays healthy and fit. - Isnt it time, This whole world, Kiss me baby, California and/or Add some music.

Quite a few songs missing to my huge disappointment I have to say. Hardly anything from 1970 / 1973. I was really looking forward to Forever, This Whole World, California, or even Isn't it time. We DID get YSGTM, Dance dance dance and All summer long... but... mhhhhh.... Also no video screen, probably left behind in the US to cut on costs. Brian and Jeff looked really tired during the second half. There were several mistakes by Cowsill who handled being yelled at by Scott T. very well . Overall a very solid performance, lacking the extra songs for us fans who enjoy the deeper material. Great venue, nearly sold out I think. Mike was in great form, he's going to continue doing this for a long time I'd say. For me the first time seeing Al and David, very cool. Al's such a friendly guy. (not sure if this was noted before, Mikey and Probyn both play bass on DDD)

Yep I stand corrected. On the first overdub takes (takes 5 and 6) Carl sings alone, on the following take we hear two voices. Before the take starts someone in the booth (I think) mentions Dave, followed by someone in the control room saying <overdub take 6 (sic), with Nick>.
So yeah... Carl and Dave on verses, plus Mike.
