Dennis looks surprisingly good for this being 1982. His appearance was always changing. He was somewhat of a chameleon in the sense that you might see him  one week with long hair & heavy beard, then he'd look totally different with a cropped haircut & clean shaven face.  He looks healthy here & energetic. He looked great in that jersey

It's probably the show from June 16th 1983 as the reporter mentions Erie.
Now the question: Do you think this was completely filmed? Or at least some complete songs? The sound seems more like it was just for the TV station

I thought he looked okay! Not as bad as the show from later in the year that's circulating where he croaks out 'you are so beautiful'

It seems like most of these projects just don't materialize & get put on the shelf & forgotten. It's a shame . Anything that has ever seen the light of day hasn't had buildup prior to it's release. It's just shown up without any hype. Doesn't seem likely that half of their catalog of archival outtakes & video will be released in this lifetime.

How many times will these albums be re released and repackaged before something completely new from the vaults is released? Video material would be great. How about the July 4th 1983 Concert?  Just saying, how long will these treasures sit in the vaults and collect dust before fans can have them for posterity?

I'll believe this stuff when it's actually got a release date. Until then, i hope it doesn't  dissolve like the DW Biopic.

Hi, i am looking for the following beach boys clip of them performing at the National Cheerleading Competition from 1981 in which they individually introduced themselves before performing be true to your school. Dennis said "Dennis from Venice" when it was his turn in front of the camera & i have looked all over for this clip with no luck whatsoever. Any help would be greatly appreciated & i would be willing to go any length to obtain this clip on dvd.  In decent quality most of all but any source is fine for this. Hope it's not too much trouble.

Hi, I would like to know does the Beach Boys Appearance from the National Cheerleaders Competition  in 1981 show them performing Be True To Your School in its entirety? I found a clip of it i requested on You tube which is included here :http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ca1hcvkIjYM   It only shows a snippet of the song after the introduction. I was just curious if that was the full portion of the clip. If anyone  has the full Clip from that show I'd love to see it.
