If this was directed to me booger fooger or whatever your name is then this is unacceptable. Don't even joke about killing someone. I find it extremely threatening and offensive.
Would this offend anyone else to be told you should be executed, or am I over reacting?
Are you... actually serious? Or do you just not spend a lot of time on the internet? A place where people say and do the things they can't in real life. Now if he shows up at your house wielding some sort of weapon, you should feel threatened and offended.

MAN. I'm SOOO tired of the constant begging for copies of things to be sent to people!! BUY THE DAMN MOJO, fer chrisake, if you want the recordings! OR TAKE THEM HERE: There should be a permanent thread, SPECIFICALLY AND ONLY , where people can ask for something to be sent their way. Then BAN anyone that asks for something in any other thread....
The recording where Brian talks with and about Spring is in the copy of Mojo? Yes. It's in the June 20th, 1972 edition, where it was included as a special bonus LP length Playtape. Oh really? Am I going to need a time machine or have to give up an arm and a leg to get it?

No studio stuff - outtake from the Paradise Cove shoot, Hamburg 1966 shot (backstage, B&W), POP 1966 (Brian in those hideous check pants, B&W)
Thanks for the info - maybe they're giving us the chuck roast now and saving the filet for the box set... I think the filet was served up long ago. But there's plenty of chuck roast to go around.

Oh cool, from the sound of it we're going to get 15 Even Bigger (Older) Ones! Honestly I don't think it would be the worst thing ever if he got together with Mike to do a couple old school rock songs, but I dunno. Can't really see it. Not sure if I could appreciate it if I did end up hearing it.

Wasn't this interview taken at the point where Dennis could have been the star and frontman of the group? 2 out of the 3 songs they performed were sung by him.
One his recent solo single, to boot. Dennis being the frontman would have been borderline insane as the 70's wore on.... I'm not sure why he didn't seize the moment when he injured his hand and thus couldn't play drums. Probably something to do with some guy named Mike.... Maybe not though.

I can't imagine this thread leading to much other than general agreement: the war on drugs was obviously a failure Well, I might suggest in fact that it was quite successful in containing a large portion of the population whose uncontained presence confront us with the failure of the economic system in general. In doing so, it frightens the rest of the population sufficiently so that they fall into line without making waves. In that sense, the policy achieved its desired effects.

I could have told them it was a failure without having to do any surveys. Use the money spent arresting and locking up addicts on drug education. I think the biggest flaw is that we're taught "don't do drugs," not why we shouldn't. They need to bring addicts into schools and let the children see firsthand what drug use can do to you. I spent probably 2/3s of my time in school thinking that pot was as bad as heroin and crack because that's what I was taught. Did a little "experimenting" in the 10th grade with that little green plant and realized "holy sh*t, I've been misled and lied to my entire life!" Still haven't moved onto the harder stuff yet. But according to what I've been taught, I should have a pretty sweet opiate addiction coming my way.
