I was blown away by the sound of the Telarc disc without compression or limiting. The sound was unlike anything I'd heard before.
Papa Doo Run Run does an excellent job on the Beach Boy covers, not surprising with Jeffrey Foskett contributing to the vocals. I played the heck out of this disc when I first got it, and just recently dug it out again since I've been listening to Jeffrey with Brian's current band.
