So the European fans get screwed yet again. Clearly it was more lucrative to open up for Chicago in the states than haul it to Europe on their own. As usual, I'd suspect this has nothing to do with health or safety, and everything to do with money. I'll pass.

No, that’s the case at all. The story I had heard was that this was due to Covid restrictions that are in place (the organization was told that there were hotels that were cancelling their accommodations). Aren’t most of those dates being pushed back to 2023 anyway?

I think that's an overly optimistic view. If the guys were going to do something for the 60th, it would be during summer touring season. Unless all they plan to do is a tv show or some new recordings.

I'll be frank (Frank Gallagher?)...the odds of there being a 60th reunion tour is as likely as my hair growing back.

I wonder if both bands will perform a few songs together,  à la the "Beachago" tour.  Probably doubtful but one can hope. 

This is intriguing! I'm hoping that add some dates that are closer to home than the current ones...otherwise I probably won't be able to go.

Pretty sure once Brian's set is over, he gets right on the bus and gone! So with this show you get 2 real Beach Boys and 3 real Chicago members! Ill be there!

Actually I wondered if they would/ could do ‘Wishing You Were Here’? I could imagine Al and Brian’s band, the vocalists, wanting to do it.

Folks forget that Chicago and the Boys toured together in 1997 (that’s when I saw them). The two groups didn’t collaborate at all then, although perhaps that’s because Carl was ill.

Frankly, as long as were being frank, Mike Love does not deserve to be on the same stage with Brian Wilson.  :old

Is it possible to buy tickets to Brian's show in Alpharetta, GA without owning a smart phone? When I checked the sales, it looked like they wanted to send the tickets to my phone and that won't work with my plain vanilla cell phone.
