Yep Sad News - The big hit of course being that great earworm song 'Raindrops Keep Fallin' On My Head'

I've watched that clip a few times over the last couple of years, and yes super version  - Rather great vibes from just 2 people (some great guitar playing)
I've got his single of DWB in my collection (being a damn completeist)

I kept hearing that he had laryngytis when he recorded Raindrops, which sounded like an urban myth to me, until I looked up the movie version a few days ago. Yep, you can hear it there; he still sounded great, but they obviously re-recorded the song for the record.
I always think of B.J. as a white soul singer; there was soul in his voice, and he could sing nearly any type of song.
RIP B.J, you were one of the greats.
