Two questions:

(1) Can anybody help fill in some details on the songs with question marks? "There's No Other (Like My Baby)" and "Devoted To You" are remaining (thanks for help!)?
(2) Are there any mistakes and/or omissions on the list? If so, corrections are welcome.

For sure, “Fun, Fun, Fun” had a longer fade on the single version compared to the album version.

Don't Worry Baby has a slightly longer fade and Brian hits a high note during it and it's really cool.

Why Do Fools Fall In Love has a part of the middle of the song put at the beginning.  Not sure why.

For "Friends" - the album version was duophonic?  This is the first I've heard of that.  Why would that be?

Just a few notes for the OP in regards to their thorough post:

"Do It Again" 45 mix is missing the workshop sounds at the end.

"I Can Hear Music"/ "All I Want to Do" was released in both mono and stereo. Stereo is a fold.

"Wake the World" is a fold, I'm certain. "Little Bird" is a unique mix though.

"Never Learn Not to Love" is minus the gong intro and has different FX.

"Fun Fun Fun" has a different balance of the organ and guitars during the breakdown.

Great thread, and I hope somebody here can provide an answer regarding the two non-"Barbara Ann" Party sides!

I've long been calling for a CD of all the single versions that differ from the album versions. On compilations you mostly seem to get the album ones and other singles were not successful enough to be on compilations. The use of the single versions of "California Saga", "It's ok", "Rock and Roll Music" and "Here comes the Night" on Best of the Brother Years is one reason why I love that record so much.
I think such a CD could also be a mainstream release as it will have enough well known songs for the casual listener as well as rarities. Plus a whole bunch of good music.

"Here Comes The Night" is on Best Of The Brother Years? Not my copy...

IIRC there were different editions in Europe and the US. I only recently found that out and didn't remember it for the above message, sorry.

The U.K. edition too, I believe. Strange - was it a big hit in Japan and England?

Certainly, the UK disc 6 was based on songs that had done well.

A check shows in the UK it went to #37 and was on the chart for 8 weeks total - hardly a roaring success, but better than in the US, where it topped out at #44, also with a total of 8 weeks on the chart.

I'm surprised it even charted at all.

Please Let Me Wonder (mono single version): longer fade, available on The Greatest Hits - Volume 2 and the Japanese US Single Collection
There’s No Other (Like My Baby) (mono single version): edited differently then album version, available on US Single Collection
Devoted To You (mono single version):edited differently then album version, available on US Single Collection
         
There's also some stereo singles that have differences (not counting stuff like the single versions of "California Saga (On My Way to Sunny Californ-i-a)", "Rock 'n Roll Music" and "It's OK" as I assume most on here are very well aware of these):

Cool, Cool Water (single version): much shorter, available on The Warmth of the Sun
Cuddle Up (single version): honestly have no idea what the difference is, but know it because I've studiously kept track of these things and have it in my notes! Only available on You Need a Mess of Help to Stand Alone / Cuddle Up single.
Lady Lynda (single version): honestly have no idea what the difference is, but know it because I've studiously kept track of these things and have it in my notes! Only available on Lady Lynda / Full Sail single.
Livin’ With a Heartache (single version):honestly have no idea what the difference is, but know it because I've studiously kept track of these things and have it in my notes! Only available on Livin’ With a Heartache / Santa Ana Winds single.

Now if anybody could remind me what is different with the single versions of "Cuddle Up", "Lady Lynda" and "Livin' With a Heartache" I'd love to know cuz I am totally drawing a blank. Whatever the differences, I can't imagine they will ever be reissued any time soon, as I'm pretty sure we are into major trainspotter territory with those.

In Cuddle Up the guitar and piano are placed in the stereo spectrum differently.  I can only discern this with headphones, but I jumped on the 45 when it was 1st released, and played Cuddle Up to death, and when I heard the lp version I could tell something was different.

I actually recently ordered the Japan US Single Collection set, so when it arrives in a couple weeks it'll be nice to listen and keep an eye (ear?) out for the differences everybody pointed out.

There are also some small differences in the vocals like a harmony vocal by Carl during the second wordless hum after the big build up.

According to the new ESQ, Bruce said the single version of LWAH cuts about a minute out from the album version.

I can’t speak to a lot of these, but the single version of California Saga: California is faster and has some more vocals from Brian. It also has horn overdubs, and there might be other changes I can’t remember at the moment.

Bluebirds Over The Mountain:
The Dutch mis-mix was already mentioned by dogear. They acccidentally mixed the extra percussion for the single version up front instead of more in the background). Surprisingly despite of this it still was a decent hit here.

Surfin’ Safari:
Also mentioned by dogear. Original 60s German release on the Ariola label. But it’s a different take they used.

And if the Party tracks that were put on single fall under this category:
Mountain Of Love: no intro/less chatter after (b-side Then I Kissed Her, released in most countries in 1967)
