Stuff from Amazon (barring occasional bizarre mix-ups) is legit from actual legit distributors. You should presumably be able to get a non-CD-R copy from Amazon.

Not sure why you'd go out of your way to purchase from a third party seller (and the same one you're suspicious of from eBay no less) on Amazon when Amazon itself has brand spanking new copies for under $15.
