Someone else in the room asked "where is that?", and the other guy answered "that's Brian's bathroom medicine cabinet." The whole cover was black and white. It looked like stripes across the whole cover, like it was shadows or something. I remember Brian was on there, and that’s it. I think it was OCTOBER 67 or something. That would make it 1969, not 1967 though.

Maybe it just used pics from 67?
