There hasn't yet been a copyright extension online release that got a CD release except for in some country that only rich people know about.

Can't Wait Too long is very similar to the Sunshine 1 version but adds the tag of the 20/20 friends reissue

The Cantina section was not on the Smiley Smile version.

A rehearsing of "Whistle In"  in hawaii concert is another interesting thing-

The "Whistle In" Smiley backing vocals is really cool. It's only Brian singing the two-part harmonies until Carl comes in :51.

And on the Live Rehearsals, it's surprising how they never get the count-ins right on almost every section on H&V. Haha

I think there are people here who are far more clever than me at searching things on the internet with maybe more time? I hope you can find the NPR show that happened in -
I think - November of 2005 or 2006).  It actually reported on a story where doctors were studying healing with music - both mental and physical.  They tested all kinds of music (classical, pop, etc.) and they discovered that the most healing song was "Whistle In."  Seriously, I was in the car before we had sophisticated smart phones, so I couldn't record it.  But it's recorded somewhere, I'm sure.

I think Brian's music started as self-healing, but then, seemingly in a magical way works on us all today if we listen.

I love this new offering!

Wow this is great!! Now we have all the 67 Hawaii recordings, some rehearsals we have never heard before. For me this is even better than the first release. The only thing is I hope there is a CD release cause $50 for digital download is pricey, tho there are a heap of tracks.

Time To Get Alone (Backing Track) is the best thing I've heard this entire year. So amazing beyond amazing. I seriously cannot get enough of it. I must've listened to it a hundred times in the last two days.

Two very intersting things on the release:

1- Finally we have a answer to why Brian didn't sing Wouldn't It Be Nice in Hawaii. At the rehearsal he tries and his voice breaks. He says "I can't sing it". I'm of the opinion that his voice deteriorated progressively from 65 to 76.
2- They try to sing The Lord's Prayer but the only one who remember his part is Brian. He then goes to the organ and amazingly plays the whole thing he arranged 4 years before

Good call Felipe regarding Brian’s voice. The funny part is, I prefer that time period to before

Anyone for a Stack O' Tracks 2?

i don’t know exactly. I’ve always loved his falsetto in the harmony stack but not as much singing lead. His mid to upper natural range? My favorite out of any singer, ever

very weird. I just got through finishing both releases and was hoping to comb over everyone's comments but I guess this didn't make as big a splash as the physical release of sunshine tomorrow?

I think the fact it wasn’t a physical release might be the main reason. Either that or it was in a different thread and the title wasn’t as obvious? Not sure but I’ll check tomorrow when I wake up
