Title: Summer Movies Post by: KDS on May 12, 2016, 05:34:46 AM In the light of this week's events, I think The Sandbox needed a light topic.
The summer movie season kind of already started last weekend with the release of Capt America - Civil War. Are there any summer movies people are looking forward to for 2016? Personally, I'm a little intrigued by the Independence Day sequel. While I don't really think the story from the 1996 original warranted a sequel, that won't stop Hollywood. As a Batman fan, I'm interesting in Suicide Squad, even if it's only highlight might be seeing the first on screen live action Harley Quinn. I'm not at all sold on Jared Leto's take on The Joker though. That one might be a "wait for DVD" movie. |
