I'm looking for info on this picture of Brian which, to me, is the ultimate most beautiful photo of him I've ever seen. I think it can also be seen in the Beautiful Dreamer documentary by David Leaf. Does anyone know who took the picture and when? I'd say about 1967... Also, where did it first appear?

Do any of you have favorite pics of Brian? I know the rock-god-sequined-robe-on-stage pic is popular...

I can't find it but there's the  picture from 1966-67 where it's just a profile of him. He's looking off in the distance, unsure what will come next.

I really like the first one too, really arty. Not many of Brian or the BB like that one.

The second pic I think is the one that most shows the red in Brian's hair.

I like that you chose that one. It's something to be able to face Brian as he is, today - for me at least, I know it's a sort of challenge. But it's the same old Brian! Thanks for posting it.

For some reason I can't explain, I never liked that pic and the other one where he's holding the Good Humor hat.

I love that photo of Brian as the Good Humor Man! Both are purveyors (and in Brian's case, creator) of delicious goodies. Very appropriate juxtaposition, imho.

I like it because he actually looks relaxed. In other pictures, even when he seems to be enjoying himself, there seems to me to be a tension about him.
