With summer starting soon it is time whe most people eat salads more. Salad is an easy way for people to eat over the summer. One can have a meal and not feel full. Here is a salad that I make over the summer. Salad with Chicken Pieces: One head of lettuce (I use iceburg) Two green onions Two tomatoes cut in chunks Left over chicken breasts from last night's dinner cut into small pices Dressing (I use Marie's) If you want to have fetae chesse spoon it on the portion you put on your plate Happy Eating!!!
