We use software to make music, but all the instrument sounds are sounds we sampled and/or heavily tweaked. In this case, to get that keyboard sound in the middle of it, we took a sample of a Princess phone ring, and reversed it. For the main melody, it's that same phone sound mixed with a xylophone (good ear!).
