Title: Woody Guthrie article Post by: Peter Reum on December 22, 2014, 01:14:46 AM For anyone who loves Woody Guthrie, I have put together an entry in my Reuminations blog, located at blogspot.com on the Dust Bowl Ballads by Woody Guthrie. There are several parallels between his work then and some of the newer artists of this last decade, and I wanted to introduce this album as an appreciation of the work he did to call attention to the homeless and jobless people in the Great Depression.
