My guess is that when it comes to covers, the more well-known the original is, the less highly rated the covers are, because more people are comparing them (unfavourably) with the originals. Of course, Beatles and Dylan songs are going to be better known than, um.... some of the other songs on this album. I'm going to listen to this album again before I vote in this thread again.
