Title: Cover of John Cale's "Mister Wilson"
Post by: AndyJones on April 02, 2006, 05:28:41 AM
Hi folks,

I've been away from the board for a while but I want to share my latest musical project with you all...

I've recorded a cover version of John Cale's tribute to Brian- "Mister Wilson" in the style of a pet sounds era Brian Production (sleighbells and all!), listen for the slow fade out...

Check it out on my soundclick page:

I'd love to know what you all think of it....

Mister Wilson" is very fine. Your voice is wonderful on this one. Nice backing track. Let me know the reverb settings on your vocals. I want to use those settings for some of my stuff....PMcC

Andy,

I agree with PMcC about 'Life'...

Shades of Eno (another green world)
and of the youngest Gabriel (from genesis to revelation)... :smokin

Would you like to submit it to our CD anthology...?
