I did get ones with the subject "Boobs as big as watermelons" and "Butts that look awesome" today from some guy named Enlarge With Promo, though. Seems pretty legit. I get this kind of spam on twitter too about once a month a "Lady" who is now following me even though my profile photo on twitter shows me and my girlfriend together arm in arm. Advice to anyone who gets these kind of spam is very simple don't open, just delete.
