C# - F#/Eb - F#m/E - C#/F Dovenested Towers Ebm7/F# - C#/G# Eb/C - G#/Bb - Bb - Eb The dim last toasting ....G#/Bb - G#m/Bb (Not sure about this one, but there's that sort of shift there) - Fdim/D - Eb Surf's Up, mmmm...
