Title: Sean Macreavy - "Tune X" album
Post by: thebaron on December 08, 2010, 04:07:36 PM
I have an "official" CD-R copy of this CD, but it's now practically unreadable. Does anyone know where I can my hands on this somehow? Thanks.

It's always good to see Sean Macreavy mentioned at all.  He, and his stuff, is/are great.  Seek out whatever you can find by him!

The best way is always try Google first; a wise OLD man told me that, I swear!

Sean Macreavy has made more albums. It's a pity that his CD Dumb Angel is no longer available. A great one. I bought it some 13 years ago. It's one of the finest Beach Boys Tribute albums. Some of the renditions on that album are just priceless. What he did with Heroes And Villains is incredible, or the intense wonderful Caroline No. He even put words to Let's Go Away For Awhile complete with background vocals. He also does a 15 minute medley of Love You songs in a great way. The Love You album has never been my favourite, but this medley turned me back to that album. If you come across Dumb Angel, don't hesitate to buy it.

That could be it. It's probably indexed in the annals of time
