I leafed through a few pages on amazon but I wasn't too impressed with his writing. Maybe somebody who has read it could give me his/her 2 cents, before I pay €20 for another dispensable BBs book.

He was indeed their road manager in 68-69 and I have news articles from the time that back that up. I also found that when he discussed tours, he knew info that I was missing. For example he mentioned that an Oct 68 tour started in Knoxville and when I contacted the Knoxville library it turned out to be correct-there are similar stories for other tours.
