Download it from here http://hypermammut.sourceforge.net/paulstretch/ extract the first rar file, and then drag mp3s you wanna slow down into the folder it makes - Then just open them in the program, and toggle the first dial. Right now I'm listening to Ding Dang only 19x slower and it sounds like Carl and Mike are trying to write a shopping list from opposite ends of the galaxy.
