I wish he would come to Europe, don't know why he canceled the European leg of his tour with Brian, but I guess he was too busy working on the new album. I've seen Al with the Beach Boys twice, in '89 and '92, I think.

He's an accomplished songwriter in his own right, creates some of the most pleasant schmaltz that's just too lovely to be a "guilty" pleasure, and he's got a swell voice.
