Miles from home I came across a turtle withdrawn in his shell I knelt down , then I sat down Then I put my face to the ground , waiting After some time I grew impatient and thought this fellow rude For it is not polite to ignore a potential friend ... I reached for his shell and lifted it some off the ground and peered inside NOTHING! EMPTY!! NO ONE HOME!!!
