It's a good track to end a comp with, when you have less than a minute left, not enough for a whole song, and you want Dennis' voice on it because you probably didn't include many of his songs anyway. I think there is a word for it in Spanish or Portuguese: duende, i.e. 'your fate is sealed', without really knowing what that fate is. Title: Re: Why? I want to know under what circumstances Dennis recorded his spoken part that was later used over the track of In the back of my mind. I agree that it sounds awesome and there is no mystery as to why it was used, only where the original came from.

I heard they prepared an entire thing to send off to the station in California, so it might be that. Then again, lots of the other stuff is from Endless Harmony, so that's not definite. |
