EG: are the US and UK issues precisely the same regarding pressing, file quality etc? Any differences in the promo version(s) that everyone but me seems to have received prior to release? Assume the "bonus" segment on the end is the same on each issue? (haven't a clue what that is yet by the way - please don't spoilt the surprise before my copy arrives Wednesday!) Just curious... Now the sound isn't perfect, but it appears to a) presented as a slideshow, and b) involve 'mostly surfin', drivin', women', and surfin'.
