The Earth may have its axis dislocated a couple of degrees. Perhaps gravity will change 0.0003%. Perhaps all CD-players and turntables will become defunct as a result. Then a spaceship may land. Meanwhile the climate will get unbearably hot. And the Klaatu will address the leaders of the world.
